Description
We are looking for a skilled Hardware Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves supporting the installation and configuration of networking hardware, including switches, routers, and wireless access points, across multiple locations. Based in North Olmsted, Ohio, this position requires excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Install and configure switches, routers, and wireless access points at designated locations.
Conduct thorough assessments to ensure hardware installations meet technical requirements.
Collaborate with team members to prepare and execute detailed project plans.
Create and maintain accurate technical documentation for all hardware configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networking equipment.
Provide updates and presentations on project progress to stakeholders.
Travel to various sites within Northeast Ohio with reliable transportation.
Ensure all installations align with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience in hardware installation and network configuration.
Familiarity with switches, routers, and wireless access points.
Strong ability to analyze technical details and provide solutions.
Proficiency in creating detailed project plans and documentation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Reliable transportation for travel across Northeast Ohio.
