RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their Marketing Operations team. They will support marketing programs across the company. Their primary duties will be configuring, managing, and monitoring all in-product messaging within the US ecosystem. A proactive, self-driven, 'whatever it takes' approach is essential for tackling challenges and ensuring successful outcomes.

Summary:
This role offers potential for expansion beyond the team's current scope. A natural love for data is essential, plus the ability to communicate findings to diverse stakeholders and define actionable solutions. Once established, candidates must define individual workflows and create repeatable, documented processes.

This role demands excellent communication and proven collaboration skills with large cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, engineering, analytics, finance, etc.) to ensure holistic solutions without negative up/downstream impacts. Candidates must be comfortable with complex marketing programs, adept at analyzing data, and skilled in applying learnings to optimize future initiatives.

This role requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities accurately. Proactive questioning is crucial - candidates must seek clarification if something is unclear or seems incorrect. Dynamic thinking and the ability to pivot strategies when required are essential. Candidates must show extreme ownership and accountability for their work, driving various initiatives to completion, often simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
* Ensures customers receive timely, relevant, and accurate messages while working closely with the business to maintain a customer-focused in-product experience
* Manages daily operational tasks requiring extreme attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve reported issues
* Use internally developed and industry-leading tools

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of experience in an operational or data-driven role, with a willingness to learn and expand
* Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, Macros, etc.)
* Intermediate SQL for self-service/ad-hoc reporting (data visualization is a plus)
* Experience monitoring and analyzing Splunk & Tableau reports & dashboards
* Ability to work effectively with teams across time zones and support flexible hours
* Highly detail and process-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy
* A natural love for data and curiosity for in-depth analysis to find answers
* Strong ability to articulate program complexities to diverse audiences
* A collaborative approach to identifying campaign gaps and suggesting solutions or process improvements
* Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize time effectively
* Proficient in documenting issues, outcomes, and reproducible steps
* A strong capacity for working independently, paired with comfort in seeking clarification
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, adaptable across all organizational levels
* Familiarity with Jira, SFDC, CODA, Smartsheet, QuickBase, and Tableau is preferred
* General understanding of enterprise-level billing systems is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
