Citibank, N.A. seeks an IT Quality Tech Lead Analyst for its Tampa, FL location.
Duties: Responsible for testing low latency, high-frequency trading applications which enable clients to access markets. Ensure proper testing of the Client Connectivity platform is executed for every build and release. Collaborate with the business to elicit, analyze, and validate specific requirements including changes made to the platform. Serve as the lead testing resource on the Application Team to help review testing documents including, but not limited to, test strategy, test plans, test cases, defects, and test signoffs. Work in an Agile environment utilizing tools such as Jira, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks based on Cucumber. Seek out escalation support when necessary to facilitate project progress. Provide regular status updates to partners and direct manager. Ensure regulatory obligations are met and completed within provided timelines. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation developing and executing application testing processes and procedures. Five (5) years of experience must include: Designing, developing, and executing automated testing using Cucumber/Gherkin language against features, new requirements, or defects; Utilizing Financial Information eXchange (FIX) Protocol versions 4.0, 4.2, and 4.4 with an understanding of how they work at a session, network, and business level; Setting up quality gates in a Continuous Integration / Continuous Development pipeline using automated testing; and Working with Testing Tools including JIRA and Bitbucket to document new test cases, record executions (i.e. Pass/Fail), document evidence of testing. 40 hrs./wk.
