Location: Minneapolis or Chicago, IL (Hybrid Remote) / Chicago preferred

Type: 12 Month Contract (Can Be Extended)

Sr. Director Level and ideal to come from a Consulting background and companies dealing with Mergers and acquisitions

8+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on enterprise applications in Finance and HR domains.

Deep expertise with ERP financials (Netsuite, Epico, SAP, Oracle etc.) and HCM platforms.

Proven success leading IT service delivery in complex, global, or acquisition-driven organizations.

Strong understanding of business processes in Finance (P2P, R2R, O2C) and HR (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning).

Demonstrated ability to partner with executive stakeholders and translate business needs into technology solutions.

Notes: The Finance should be sitting in Chicago and is hybrid

Would be ideal to have consulting background and experience working in companies that have integrated other companies and dealt with merger and acquisitions.

About the Role

We are seeking an IT Service Delivery Lead for Finance & HR Applications to own the delivery, integration, and optimization of enterprise applications in the Finance and Human Resources domains. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Applications, this role will be instrumental in ensuring these critical business functions are supported with reliable, scalable, and innovative technology solutions.

This leader will partner closely with Finance and HR executives, driving business process enablement and ensuring that technology platforms evolve to meet organizational needs.


Key Responsibilities

Lead IT Service Delivery for Finance and HR applications, including ERP finance modules and HCM platforms.

Partner with Finance and HR business leaders to align technology capabilities with organizational strategy and transformation initiatives.

Manage application lifecycle from strategy and roadmap development through delivery, operations, and continuous improvement.

Support post-acquisition integration efforts, ensuring Finance and HR systems are harmonized across the enterprise.

Collaborate with enterprise architects and integration teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process flows.

Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service performance for Finance and HR platforms.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and security requirements.

Track and report service performance, SLAs, and business value delivered by Finance and HR applications.


Qualifications

8+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on enterprise applications in Finance and HR domains.

Deep expertise with ERP financials (Netsuite, Epico, SAP, Oracle etc.) and HCM platforms.

Proven success leading IT service delivery in complex, global, or acquisition-driven organizations.

Strong understanding of business processes in Finance (P2P, R2R, O2C) and HR (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning).

Demonstrated ability to partner with executive stakeholders and translate business needs into technology solutions.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and vendor management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
