Marketing Automation Specialist
6 Month contract to hire
40 hours a week, paid weekly
Hybrid: Dallas, TX or Raleigh, NC or Neenah, Wi - Must be able to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 remote) and adapt to executive schedules

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation - hubspot
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade email marketing tools
- Strong understanding of email lifecycle strategy and campaign development
- Ability to lead end-to-end campaign processes including segmentation, scoring, and testing
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with integrations (Salesforce, Databricks, APIs) is a plus
- Experience with Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with AI-driven campaign models
- Consulting agency esp or mindset
- HTML and email design principles
- Strategic thinking and career growth orientation
