Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Talent and Learning Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in the Talent Management and Learning modules. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring the system, supporting implementations, and providing post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud Talent and Learning modules.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best practices.

  • Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation.

  • Provide training, user support, and troubleshooting as needed.

  • Work closely with technical teams for integrations and data migration.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with focus on Talent and Learning.

  • Proven experience with end-to-end implementations.

  • Strong understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

  • Oracle Cloud Certification in Talent or Learning is a plus.

  • Experience with other HCM modules is an added advantage.
