BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Consultant for a remote opportunity!
Position Title: SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Consultant
Location: Remote
Anticipated Start Date: 06/05

Expected Duration: 6+ months contract + renewable
Job Type: [FULL TIME (>=30 HRS WEEKLY) [CONTRACT], [REMOTE]
Pay Range: $59-$62/hr
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Requirements:
- 2+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience as an SAP implementation/support consultant in the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding. Certified in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0
- At least 2 end to end SAP projects implementation experience.
- Knowledge and experience in SF RCM preferred
- Experience in onboarding and offboarding process in Global organizations
- Configuration/Design of forms used in Onboarding process
- Custom Notifications configuration in Onboarding Process
- New Hire/Orientation step configuration in Onboarding Process
- Integration with EC and RCM
- Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.
- Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF
- Business and IT experience with experience in implementing and operating SAP applications
Job Description:
- Define and manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives.
- Be a hands-on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables (to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, business process design document, to-be functional design, process maps, testing scenarios, user acceptance tests) to ensure they meet project objectives
- Liaise with client team members to create work instructions for Onboarding 2.0
- Participate in testing UAT, PPT complete test scripts
- Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SME and a network of professional organizations or affiliations
- Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture
- Estimate total effort for the application team within the area of expertise
