Job Details
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, transition, and optimization of ServiceNow instances in a large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with HAM Pro, ITAM, and CMDB along with strong expertise in enterprise integrations and governance.
Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Duration: 12+Months
Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid Onsite once every 2 weeks)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and transition of ServiceNow instances across Dev, Test, and Prod.
- Design and implement HAM Pro workflows, lifecycle processes, and reconciliation strategies.
- Define and enforce CMDB data models and asset governance policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
- Oversee data migration, instance cloning, and configuration integrity.
- Integrate ServiceNow HAM Pro with third-party discovery/inventory tools.
- Provide strategic guidance on hardware lifecycle management, procurement, and disposal.
- Perform performance tuning and optimization of ServiceNow instances.
- Develop architectural documentation, Visio diagrams, and technical design specs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro and ITAM modules.
- Expertise in instance transition methodologies, cloning, and upgrade cycles.
- In-depth knowledge of CMDB design, asset reconciliation, and lifecycle workflows.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise IT governance.
- Experience with integrations (e.g., SCCM, JAMF, Tanium).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
