What You'll Be Doing:
- Install, configure, support, and troubleshoot security equipment and software at customer sites.
- Handle service calls and projects from start to finish-on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with teammates and clients to deliver complete security solutions.
- Assess customer needs and help design systems that balance cost, functionality, and risk.
- Lead small teams, delegate tasks, and mentor junior techs while maintaining a professional image.
Systems You Might Work With:
- S2, Avigilon, Galaxy, Paxton, HID, Keri, Brivo
Top Skills We're Looking For:
- CCTV installation and service
- Access control systems
- Alarm and fire alarm systems
- Low-voltage wiring
- Mechanical aptitude
- Security system integration
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in the security industry (installation and service)
- Hands-on experience with video surveillance, access control, intrusion/fire alarms, perimeter security, and traffic control systems
- Knowledge of door hardware and locksmithing is a plus
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including low-voltage wiring
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); Visio or CAD experience is a bonus
- Comfortable working directly with clients and leading small teams
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
