Skills Requirements

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent at managing multiple tasks across multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent problem resolution skills
  • Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding
  • A knowledge of Microsoft 365 and its components is a plus.

Technology Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft products, specifically SharePoint
  • Experience with Excel (VBA macros and advanced formulas)
  • Experience with technology deployment processes
  • Experience Requirements
  • Information Technology professional with 10+ years experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills

Desired Skills:

ITSM experience a plus

Roles & Responsibilities

This Business Analyst will be part of the SharePoint Product Management team and will be responsible for activities that support current and future work efforts. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, capture their requirements, perform impact analysis, and then working closely with the Development Team(s) to refine the requirements into specifications that can be executed by the team.

Individuals in this role will partner with internal application teams to track deliverables and generate reporting to support the deployment and migration efforts within Microsoft 365.

This Business Analyst is expected to:

  • Gather and Catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests.
  • Provide subject matter expertise within the business/technical domain to support project deliverables.
  • Ensure changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to create, track and maintain risk portfolio deliverables.
  • Document processes, procedures and workflows associated with applications.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to create, analyze, and improve processes and solutions.
  • Create, maintain, and present training materials for end-users.
