Job Description:

Qualifications:

Basic Entry Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or a technology related field
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • Information security certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, CRISC, CISM, or CISA
  • Experience with information technology security programs, audits, controls, assessments, risk assessments, or remediation management
  • Deep understanding of prevailing industry standard security control frameworks, including NIST, Cybersecurity Capability Maturity Model, CIS Critical Security Controls, etc

Major Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication, report writing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Ability to multi-task in the face of competing priorities

Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver all facets of security assessments of new tools, applications, and systems to identify gaps against Information Security Standards and industry best practices and document findings and recommendations in detailed reports
  • Serve as security expert and provide technical leadership to other staff members
  • Assist solution architects in designing IT processes and related technical controls to ensure compliance with Delta s Information Security Standards
