Looking for a Mid to Senior Level Exp (3 to 15 years) Max 

 

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Sales Manager / Semiconductor Sales Executive  to drive revenue growth, build and nurture client relationships, and expand our market presence in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of semiconductor products, a proven track record in technical sales, and strong leadership skills to lead a sales team to success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • The ideal candidate should have 3-12 years of experience in Business Development / Marketing within the Semiconductor services industry
    1. Preference will be given to candidates with experience specifically in Semiconductor design, test and manufacturing services
    2. Expertise in selling engineering services for ATE Test engineering, Final test, wafer probing, Packaging, PCB, HW, Volume manufacturing, IC design, DFT
    • Prior experience in working for service companies
      • Responsibilities will include generating proposals, preparing technical presentations, lead generation, and market research.
      • Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes is desired.
      • Account Management
      • Presales, lead generation, outreach, running campaign
      • Farming, Hunting
      • Engineering Domain understanding is considered crucial for this role
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
