Title: Demographic Data Analyst

Location: Kansas City, MO (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$39.20-$56.00/Hrs

Description
Maintain accurate provider demographic information in various platforms.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Serve as a liaison between departments and providers for issue resolution.
Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Participate in project implementation and process improvement initiatives.
Develop strategies to optimize data collection and management.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee provider data management and ensure data integrity across systems.
Process new provider setups, updates, and terminations.
Ensure compliance with regulations related to provider data.
Resolve complex inquiries and address network-related issues.
Provide support for troubleshooting data quality issues.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve provider inquiries.
Support and guide less experienced team members.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
5 years of experience in managed care or healthcare industry focused on provider data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access and Excel.
Strong understanding of database management systems and reporting tools.
Familiarity with relevant healthcare industry regulations and systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
