We are looking to fill a long-term Contract role as IT Helpdesk
Mode of Interview: In person
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Work Location: Columbus, Ohio
Shift: EST
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Diagnosing, analyses, and resolves issues for customers across multiple technological domains
- 3 years of strong experience supporting Windows 11
- 3 years of experience with file server management, active directory, GPO settings
- 3 years of experience and very extensive knowledge with Windows 11, active directory, GPO settings
- 3 years of experience in demonstrating strong technical proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS)
- 3 years of experience with the Service Now IT service management application.
