Description
We are supporting our client in hiring a Controls Systems Engineer to work with their Aveva platform. This position will support business improvements through real-time collaboration, expertise, and technology, serving 10 industrial products facilities. This position will be a Software Developer for the design and enhancement of a unique set of complementary real-time monitoring technologies. This will be 90% NEW Development work.
What you will do:
Develop and maintain specialized AVEVA UOC environment for
Develop enhance and maintain UOC applications as deployed and deploy new application as required
Maintain and enhance integrations from AVEVA UOC to other relevant software and analytics solutions
Manage deployment and upgrade cycles for AVEVA UOC
Support future SME development while guarding and enhancing automation methodologies designed
What you will bring:
5+ yrs experience in control system maintenance or implementation
Experience in Key UOC technologies including:
OMI Application Development within Aveva and/or Wonderware
Aveva System Platform and the System Platform IDE
Aveva Historian
InTouch HMI Development
SQL Development
GR Access Toolkit
University Degree (Chemical/Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent)
Goal oriented and flexible with proven track record collaborating with multiple stakeholders
Track record of successful execution in a team setting
Strong communication skills with ability to process and explain complex technical concepts and align key stakeholders on decisions
This will be for a monitoring center to improve efficiencies within 10 industrial facilities. Experience within industrial or chemical fields is useful.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
