Entry-Level Network Support Technician
Location: New York, NY
Type:Contract on W2.
Summary:
Provide first-line network support, assisting with hardware setup, network monitoring, and troubleshooting connectivity issues under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support LAN/WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi issues.
- Assist with installation/configuration of switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Log and track incidents via ticketing system.
- Support senior network staff in upgrades and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
- Familiarity with networking devices.
- CompTIA Network+ or CCNA (preferred).
- Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
IT Help Desk Technician
Location: New York, NY Type: Contract on W2
Summary:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, applications, and basic network issues for internal users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to help desk tickets via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, printers, and connectivity issues.
- Install and configure hardware/software.
- Escalate complex problems to senior staff.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office.
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
- CompTIA A+ (preferred).
- Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent. (NO: CPT, OPT, EADs) Only W2 Candidates not C2C.
Have to be Open to Relocate Anywhere in USA.
Will Provide Training and job support.
