Job Description
We are seeking a Field Marketing Specialist I to support marketing execution for a fast-growing tech organization. This role will work closely with Field Marketing Managers and regional program leaders to execute integrated marketing initiatives across consumer industries, emerging enterprise, startup, and DNB segments.
Key Responsibilities
Support execution of regional marketing programs including webinars, workshops, executive events, large-scale in-person events, and third-party sponsorships
Assist with creation and maintenance of sales enablement materials (pre- and post-event)
Support regular sales communication cadences
Streamline procurement processes and manage budget tracking
Document program deliverables to ensure scalability and repeatability
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution
Travel to events as required
Requirements
2+ years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software environment
Strong experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (comfortable with complex spreadsheets)
Experience working on Mac environments
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work West Coast hours
Experience with Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and Swoogo is a plus
