Senior Enterprise Architect

The Senior Enterprise Architect will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing the organization s change, configuration, and release management practices. This role is essential in identifying process gaps, improving ServiceNow implementations, and ensuring adherence to ITIL standards. The successful candidate will develop and execute a roadmap for modernization and transformation in alignment with corporate and IT strategies.

Position: Senior Enterprise Architect
Location: Corporate Headquarters, Arlington, VA
Work Model: Hybrid (On-site Monday Thursday, Remote Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current change, configuration, and release management processes.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate and enhance current ServiceNow usage to streamline workflows.
• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for process improvements.
• Ensure process alignment with ITIL best practices and corporate objectives.
• Establish governance for the change process with a focus on risk management and minimal disruption.
• Collaborate across technical and business teams to integrate configuration management with change processes.
• Introduce controls for change tracking, documentation, testing, and approval workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience leading change, configuration, and release management in an IT environment.
• Deep expertise in ITIL best practices (Certification preferred).
• Proven experience with ServiceNow analysis and improvement.
• Strong background in change management policy and governance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead modernization and transformation initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
