Job Title: IT Support Technician (Desktop & Mobile Device Support)


Location: Gilbert, AZ (Onsite)


Pay: $26-$28 per hour


Type: Short Term Contract (1-3 months)



Overview:


We are seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician to provide desktop and mobile device support for our growing team. This role is responsible for preparing, configuring, and provisioning new equipment for employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You'll work closely with IT team members to manage access, perform device imaging, and maintain a high standard of technical support within a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Configure, image, and provision desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for new hires

  • Perform user account setup and access management across internal systems

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users onsite

  • Manage and maintain IT inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of assets

  • Support device imaging and deployment processes using established tools and workflows

  • Collaborate with IT team members to continuously improve setup and support efficiency

  • Ensure adherence to company security and compliance policies


Qualifications:



  • 1-3 years of hands-on desktop and mobile device support experience

  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common mobile operating systems

  • Familiarity with imaging tools and standard device provisioning workflows

  • Experience with Active Directory, user account management, and access controls

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work fully onsite in Gilbert, AZ
