Job Details
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support their Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with benefits administration and ADP systems while providing day-to-day HR support to employees and management. This role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and data management.
- Administer employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, 401(k), leave management, etc.) and serve as a point of contact for employee benefits questions.
- Maintain and update employee records in ADP and ensure data accuracy.
- Process payroll changes, new hires, terminations, and benefits enrollments in ADP.
- Assist with compliance reporting, audits, and HR documentation.
- Partner with HR leadership to support employee relations, engagement initiatives, and HR projects.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 4-6 years of HR coordination or generalist experience.
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (or similar ADP platform).
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Salary/ Rate: $30-$35/hour (depends on experience level). This is a contract to hire position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
