Responsibilities
Role: Digital Marketing/Martech Product Manager (PdM) with a focus on site personalization
Client Strategy Guidance:
Define and build enterprise-wide modern marketing technology (MarTech) architecture and roadmap
Provide strategic guidance on omnichannel personalization across:
Website/Site
Physical Stores
Email
Social Media
Mobile
Advise on integration of:
Analytics
Customer Data Platform (CDP)
Data Management Platform (DMP)
AI/ML-based personalization engines
Attribution models
Identity resolution
Email & SMS service providers (ESP/SMS)
Loyalty platforms
Campaign management tools
Best Practices:
Leverage industry experience and proven best practices to shape strategy
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with client stakeholders to align MarTech strategies across the enterprise
Ensure all related initiatives support the overarching business goals for maximum impact
Campaign and Journey Design:
Design data-driven customer journey orchestration strategies and campaigns
Strategic Translation:
Translate marketing and business expectations into:
Actionable strategies
Required capabilities
Clear business justification (e.g., value, total cost of ownership, impact)
Drive improvements in marketing efficiency and effectiveness across the enterprise
Platform Expertise:
Serve as a platform expert in one or more leading CDP solutions such as:
Customer Master
Customer MDM
Customer 360
