We are looking for a collaborative and delivery-focused AI Capability Center (AICC) Lead to guide the firm's AI innovation and enablement initiatives. The AICC partners with the firm's industry leaders and consulting teams to identify opportunities where AI can enhance delivery efficiency, improve quality, and enable new ways of working.
As the AICC Lead, you will ensure the team delivers high-impact, practical AI solutions-from early experimentation to pilot deployment. You will coordinate across technical and consulting teams, align priorities with business needs, and keep projects moving from concept to adoption.

The estimated base salary for this job is $160,000 - $185,000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $184,000 - $231,250 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the AICC team in developing and piloting AI-enabled solutions that improve how the firm delivers work.
- Partner with the firm's industry leaders and consulting teams to identify high-value use cases and define project priorities.
- Coordinate technical and business contributors, ensuring projects progress smoothly from design to pilot implementation.
- Oversee delivery execution, tracking milestones, managing interdependencies, and ensuring results align with consulting needs.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers, Solution Architects, and Full Stack Developers to design and build prototypes or proof-of-concepts.
- Capture outcomes and lessons learned, helping scale successful pilots into reusable assets or delivery frameworks.
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams to accelerate innovation and adoption.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, product management, or innovation roles, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and coordinate between technical and business stakeholders.
- Understanding of AI and automation applications that improve delivery efficiency or client outcomes.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable initiatives and guide teams through execution.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
