Job Details
Title: Senior Salesforce QA
Location: REMOTE
Job Description:
Salesforce Senior QA Tester
Responsibilities:
- Lead QA planning and execution for a fully-fledged Salesforce application suite.
- Analyze epics, user stories, and design documents to define test scope and strategy.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Scrum Masters, and BAs to ensure requirement clarity and comprehensive test coverage.
- Design and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data for Salesforce workflows, integrations, and UI components.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing across Salesforce modules and connected systems.
- Log and manage defects using Azure DevOps (ADO) or equivalent tools; participate in defect triage meetings.
- Ensure test environment readiness and coordinate with infrastructure teams for deployment and configuration.
- Support UAT planning and execution and provide QA sign-off for deliverables.
- Promote QA best practices and contribute to Agile team processes.
- Report testing metrics, risks, and progress to stakeholders regularly.
Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of QA experience, preferably with enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform; prior Salesforce testing experience is highly desirable.
- Experience testing Salesforce integrations (REST APIs, middleware).
- Proficiency in test management tools (ADO, Jira).
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, Agile/Scrum practices, and defect lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Test Studio) is a plus.
