Position s Contributions to Work Group:
- The Project Manager will provide timely update to key stakeholders, including the DSD s and other enterprise partners. ERP Project Manager is to ensure the seamless execution of the ERP workstreams by:
- Driving the definition of project scope, creating work breakdown structures and developing detailed project plans and schedules to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on target.
- Developing risk/issue mitigation plans and addressing issues promptly to avoid delays. Documenting key decisions to ensure traceability and transparency.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration across internal teams, external vendors and dealer network to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Creating and executing project stakeholder communication plans, providing regular updates on status, risks and milestones, supporting transparent workstream performance tracking and reporting to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly
- Driving workstream efficiency through the application of PMO standards and best practices
Typical task breakdown:
- Scrum Master for this team as well
- Driving the creation for the team schedules.
- Stakeholder communication.
- Facilitating collaboration across teams and other teams across Company, external vendors and dealers.
- Driving agendas.
- Tracking action items and documenting those in Azure DevOps and One Note.
- Defining project scope
- Driving risk and issue mitigating plans.
- Status updates.
- Work streams are adhering to standards and best practices for projects and management.
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor s or master s degree preferred. With 5- 7 years exp in this capacity.
- If they don t have a degree, a candidate with 10+ year experience will be considered.
Must Have/ Technical Skills:
- SharePoint experience (able to build the SharePoint site) in order to collaborate and drive transparency.
- Creating workflows with other MS tools (Power Automate experience).
- Azure DevOps experience or similar tool (Agile work mgmt. tool).
- Experience in documenting training materials and process guides and/or job aides.
- Agile, Scrum, Scaled Agile (understand this framework)
- PowerBI experience would be a great plus.
Soft Skills:
