Location : Roanoke, VA area (Onsite Position Monday-Friday)
Target Start Date : ASAP
Type: Direct Hire, Full Time
Salary : $105-125KYR depending on experience and excellent benefits/PTO package available.

What You'll Do
- Design and optimize HVAC systems with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Select and integrate components (fans, compressors, heat exchangers).
- Analyze refrigeration cycles to maximize performance and reliability.
- Apply electrical diagrams and controls to enhance system function.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Support product testing and ensure compliance with industry standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related).
- 5+ years of HVAC design/engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles and system optimization.
- Experience working with electrical diagrams, fans, compressors, and heat exchangers.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Bonus Skills
- CAD knowledge.
- Large commercial, chiller, or industrial refrigeration experience.
- Product testing and troubleshooting background.
