Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Staffing Account Manager with 3–5 years of proven success in client relationship management and talent delivery.

The role involves managing existing client accounts, understanding their IT staffing needs, and ensuring successful placement of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities include developing strong client partnerships, coordinating with recruiters to fulfill roles, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue goals.

The ideal candidate has a background in IT staffing or recruiting, excellent communication skills, and a track record of exceeding sales or placement targets.

 

Responsibilities:

Market consultants through various channels like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.

Build strong relationships with implementation partners, vendors, and clients

Negotiate rates and close positions efficiently

Maintain an active pipeline of consultants and ensure regular follow-ups

Update and maintain submission trackers and consultant databases

Requirements:

Strong understanding of US staffing and visa types

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
