Technical Program Manager with SAP IBP
Location : Sunnyvale,CA

Technical Program Manager (TPM) with deep expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and a strong background in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate is based in the Pacific Standard Time zone, preferably in the San Francisco Bay Area, and is available for periodic on-site collaboration in Sunnyvale, CA.
This role requires a TPM who can drive cross-functional alignment, manage complex SAP IBP programs, and deliver scalable planning solutions tailored to semiconductor supply chain dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP IBP program delivery, including demand planning, supply planning, and response management
- Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to define program scope, milestones, and success metrics
- Translate semiconductor-specific planning requirements into SAP IBP configurations and workflows
- Manage cross-functional dependencies across supply chain, manufacturing, and finance teams
- Oversee data integration, validation, and governance strategies to support planning accuracy
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, risk management, and change control processes
- Ensure timely delivery of program phases with clear documentation and executive reporting
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 3 years in SAP IBP
- Strong domain knowledge of semiconductor supply chain operations
- Proven ability to lead SAP IBP implementations or enhancements in complex enterprise environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills
- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies
- Willingness to travel periodically to Sunnyvale, CA for client engagement
Preferred Attributes
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with planning tools
- Background in data strategy, analytics, or planning system architecture
