Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced PINpoint MES System Developer to support and enhance manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will configure and implement the PINpoint MES to connect Design BOM data to torque application workflows on the production floor.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and deploy PINpoint MES for manufacturing workflows.

  • Map Design BOM to torque application steps in production.

  • Develop scripts, custom logic, and integration workflows (VBScript / SQL / similar).

  • Integrate PINpoint with ERP, PLM, Torque Tools, and PLCs.

  • Ensure data integrity, traceability, and system performance.

  • Support troubleshooting, process optimization, and user training.

  • Create documentation for system configurations and standards.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on implementation experience with PINpoint MES (Mandatory).

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially torque application & BOM management.

  • Experience with system integration and PLC communications.

  • Programming/scripting experience in VBScript, SQL, or industrial programming.

  • Experience integrating torque tools with MES systems.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving ability.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
