Position: - JDE Developer Support Analyst/Oracle JDE World - Product Configuration (Functional) SCM - Sales Order Management
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Competencies: 8-10+ years experience required
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
E3 - IBM i (iSeriesAS400) experience.
E3 - JDE Worldsoft, JDE OMS
E3 - Strong Exp in SQL on AS400
E2 - CLLE, RPGLE and SQLRPGLE Programming Experience.
E3 - Strong Exp in SQL400
E2 - Strong Exp in IWS
E1 - Nice to have - Use of ServiceNow (Help DeskSupport)
E1 - Nice to have - Experience with Clarity (Project Management tool, Time reporting)
E1 - Experience in Agile methodologies.
E1 - Experience in Agile methodologies working with JIRA or any other similar tools.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Production support for JDE applications to resolve the issues as per the agreed SLAs Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes Documenting the root cause of problem, resolution for knowledge base and maintain SOPs On call support for the application(s) Alert Monitoring in PROD Critical Alert Escalation Incident management, support incidents reported by customers and related incidents.
Support daily/weekly/monthly scheduled reports/dashboards Support change management outage maintenance window Analyze requirements, functional design, and architectural design documents to determine coding needed from generalized business and functional requirements.
Develops technical design document, including, flowcharts, diagrams, and/or write pseudo code to illustrate sequence of steps and describe logical operations.
Develop/modify code that includes maintenance and bug fixes.
Participate and takes lead role in project team meetings and test plan walk-throughs.
Provide estimates for completion of Developer Technical Design Documents Manages/coordinates the work and assists team members to meet specified due dates for tasks and projects and are on time and budget.
Designs, creates, and maintains unit test plans and runs tests to find errors and confirm program meets specifications.
Track defects from code reviews and testing.
Proactive in providing status updates on tasks and projects to team members.
Experienced with SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, Scrum, Iterative, Agile
