Tax Compliance Team Project Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Tax Compliance Team Project Coordinator in Juno Beach, FL.

Responsibilities:
* Project Coordination: Collaborate with project team to organize and facilitate project meetings, track progress, and ensure deadlines and milestones are met
* Documentation Management: Handle paperwork including contracts, invoices, purchase orders and compliance documents, and ensure they are accurately filed and accessible to those who need them
* Budget and Payment Oversight: Assist in tracking purchase order budgets and processing invoices
* Communication: Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders including vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams; Facilitate the flow of information between various parties involved in the project
* Problem-Solving: Tackle any issues that arise during projects proactively, providing solutions and escalating to senior management or project managers as needed
* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, assisting in report preparation, and maintaining project records
* Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records related to wages and hours worked, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal standards

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
