Job Details

This role will help define and execute strategy to accelerate user adoption of the Delivery app in key markets. In collaboration with Strategy, Marketing, and Market Operations teams, this individual will define the user acquisition strategy, design targeted growth programs and manage those programs end-to-end to ensure cross-functional execution. Additionally, this role will work closely with broader teams to advocate for New Verticals business objectives and ensure that New Verticals growth programs are aligned with broader organization campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business objectives and target metrics into specific tactical growth programs.
  • Design and own key growth initiatives to acquire new users in target markets, maximizing user growth & ROI within a given budget.
  • Collaborate with Analytics & Product teams to closely track performance of initiatives and derive insights to deliver continuous improvement in ROI, CAC, and Retention.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Consumer Strategy, and Market Operations team to ensure delivery of multi-channel growth campaigns and cohesive customer experience.
  • Manages complex, multi-workstream initiatives from concept to launch to iteration.
  • Translate business requirements and strategic objectives into clear, actionable briefs for marketing teams and operations teams.
  • Build business cases for high-priority growth initiatives and present to internal leadership teams to secure buy-in and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree or higher; ideally in Business, Marketing, Program Management or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience in growth focused roles (e.g., Growth Strategy, S&O, Field Marketing, Market Leader) or Consulting.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver impactful results.
  • Prior experience at high-growth B2C ecommerce companies, especially online marketplaces, or growth-oriented business units within larger brands is a strong plus.

Rate: $45-$50/hour (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week . Contract duration is 6 months with possible extensions. This position currently does not offer any benefits.
