We are currently seeking a Business Analyst - P&C Commercial Lines - UM to join our team in Warren, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Manage Application Support team members who are directly reporting and managing the relationship with all internal and third-party service suppliers.
- Follow and drive appropriate departmental and company procedures and policies.
- Recognize and develop the technical nontechnical skills and abilities of team members.
- Willing to go the extra miles to provide excellent service.
- Reliable, able to work independently and inspire/motivate staff.
- Strong communication skills, coupled with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders and should be able to communicate in business language.
- Work with existing regional teams managing and mentoring.
- Communicate effectively with a diverse set of customers or partners across multiple disciplines.
- Display patience in difficult situations and drive customer satisfaction in every action.
- Drive the business towards continuous improvement.
- Reliable, able to work independently and inspire/motivate staff.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Hands-on experience Supporting Applications Property & Causality insurance domain - commercial Lines insurance experience (especially Workers comp, Audit, Auto, GL, Property, packaged policies.)
- Underwriting & the Policy admin application & functional knowledge
- Legacy Modernization/sunset of legacy apps.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
