Job Details
1. Must have Ab Initio competency.
2. Requires a minimum of 4-5 years of experience.
3. Needs big data experience, preferably in a large, complex organization.
4. Must have hands-on ETL background and pipeline development experience.
5. Requires a Java background, specifically core Java, not J2EE.
6. Knowledge of Scala or Python is a must if not Java.
7. Preferable to have knowledge of AWS, Hadoop, and Spark.
8. Experience in AWS cloud is desirable.
9. Knowledge of Kafka, Unix, and Python is looked upon favorably.
10. Requires practical experience in delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
11. Advanced knowledge of one or more programming languages like Java, Python is required.
12. Must have advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes in one or more technical disciplines like cloud, Hadoop, spark etc.
13. Practical cloud-native experience, preferably with AWS, is needed.
14. Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages is necessary. 15. Proven experience in Event Driven/Streaming Architecture with Kafka, modeling RDBMS and No-SQL databases, Unix Shell scripting is required.
16. Strong experience in architecting, designing, implementing ETL solutions is necessary, with Ab Initio experience being a plus.
17. Must be proficient in a variety of software engineering toolsets.
