Job Details

Contract Management System Support Specialist
Location: Remote but find candidates who are willing to relocate if required
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for the Icertis Contract Management system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to contract creation, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions within the Icertis platform.
  • Assist with system configuration, updates, and testing of new releases or patches.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Document support issues, resolutions, and best practices to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Coordinate with the Icertis product support team and other IT departments for escalations and complex problem-solving.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on Icertis functionalities and best practices.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements.
  • Support data integrity and compliance by ensuring contracts and metadata are accurately maintained.
