• Overall Experience:
• 10+ years of IT experience with U.S. companies
• 8+ years specifically as a UX/UI Engineer
• UX Expertise:
• Proven track record in user research, wireframing, prototyping (Adobe XD, Figma)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, user flows, and interaction design
• UI Engineering Skills:
• 6+ years converting designs into front-end components using HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and SASS
• 6+ years building with React and Material-UI (MUI)
• 6+ years writing JavaScript and TypeScript
• Build & Toolchain Proficiency:
• Deep experience with Webpack, Babel, and NPM (Node.js scripting/build tasks a plus)
• Hands-on CI/CD with Azure DevOps and Git-based version control
• Application Domain:
• Experience designing business-focused web apps bonus if you ve built UIs consuming .NET Web APIs
• Process & Collaboration:
• Strong communicator comfortable in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to partner with product owners, analysts, architects, and back-end teams
• Passion & Growth Mindset:
• Keeps up with front-end and UX design trends
• Eagerness to craft data-driven visualization dashboards and real-time monitoring tools
