Desktop Support Technician - Paducah, KY
A full-time Desktop Support Technician is needed to provide technical assistance across multiple counties in the Paducah area. This is an onsite role focused on delivering high-quality support in a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technician with strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for customer service.

A full-time Desktop Support Technician is needed to provide technical assistance across multiple counties in the Paducah area. This is an onsite role focused on delivering high-quality support in a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technician with strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a mix of remote and onsite support for desktop and network systems
- Respond to support tickets, resolve issues via phone or in person as needed
- Troubleshoot operating system, email, browser, and connectivity issues
- Support hardware including desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
- Assist with software installations, updates, and support for internal applications
- Act as onsite support for remote infrastructure teams
- Perform desktop deployments and upgrades
- Maintain awareness of user permissions and basic network configurations
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in desktop support within Windows environments
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with mobile device support (especially Apple products)
- Basic understanding of networking, cabling, and server interaction
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems independently
Travel:
- Local travel required across multiple counties. A vehicle will be provided.
- Must be comfortable with both remote and desk-side support
