Position: Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant (Payroll Certified)

Location: Remote(USA)
Certification: Oracle Cloud Payroll Certification (Mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant with Oracle Payroll certification to implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full lifecycle implementations, payroll configurations, and integrations with HR and Finance modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations, from requirement gathering to post-production support.
  • Perform Payroll configuration, including elements, balances, fast formulas, calculation cards, and costing setups.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure seamless payroll integration and data flow.
  • Manage year-end processing, legislative updates, and payroll reporting.
  • Conduct Payroll parallel runs, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher Reports as per business requirements.
  • Provide production support for payroll issues and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements.
  • Create and maintain functional design documents (FDs), test scripts, and configuration workbooks.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Support for SR (Service Request) resolutions and patches.
  • Stay updated on latest Oracle Payroll releases and features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: Oracle Cloud Payroll Certification (latest release preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Payroll processing, costing, retro-pay, and reconciliation.
  • Expertise in Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and Payroll Integrations (e.g., with Benefits, Finance, or Time & Labor).
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HDL, Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL), and BI Publisher reports.
  • Familiarity with Global Payroll and local statutory compliance (e.g., US, UK, India, or region-specific).
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Absence, Time & Labor).
  • Experience with Oracle Payroll in multi-country or global environments.
  • Prior involvement in Oracle Cloud quarterly patch testing and regression validation.
  • Oracle Cloud Implementation Specialist Certification in HCM or Payroll.
