Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a data analysis or business analysis role, preferably with experience in combined functions.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of and experience with querying databases using SQL.
- Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis is a plus.
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is beneficial.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Management: Gather data from various primary and secondary sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets, etc.) and assist in designing and maintaining databases/data systems to ensure optimal data quality and efficiency.
- Data Cleaning and Preparation: Clean, organize, and preprocess raw data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability for analysis.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Use statistical tools and methods to analyze complex datasets, interpret trends or patterns, and perform diagnostic and predictive analytics to uncover insights.
- Business Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes, workflows, and procedures to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and define the scope of problems and potential solutions.
- Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau to communicate findings clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders and management.
- Recommendation and Implementation Support: Based on analysis, provide data-backed recommendations for process changes or new systems and support the implementation and testing of these solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, requirements, analyses, and data-related procedures.
