Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Developer with strong experience in Workday Payroll to join our HRIS/IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting integrations between Workday and external systems, with a focus on payroll-related processes and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and payroll data flows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations, especially those supporting Payroll and Time Tracking.
• Build and support integrations using EIBs, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and XSLT/XML.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Workday Integrations, including Workday Studio.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Payroll configuration and processing.
• Proficient in EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Solid understanding of Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Business Process Framework.
• Experience with file formats (CSV, XML, JSON) and transformation tools like XSLT.
• Familiarity with Workday Prism, BIRT, or Workday Extend is a plus.
