Job Description:
Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr
- The Business Analyst will understand, document, and maintain business requirements, including challenges, issues, and success criteria.
- This role assesses feasibility, facilitates solutioning efforts, and provides guidance on solution options.
- The position drives successful execution across the full project lifecycle and ensures stakeholders and leadership remain informed through regular status updates.
- Candidates will collaborate with Developers, Project Managers, Scrum Experts, Solution Architects, Delivery Leads, and other roles to support new product implementations and product enhancements across a diverse portfolio.
- Ability to understand end-to-end business processes and cross-functional impacts.
- Ability to lead use case formulation and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to effectively collaborate across product, technology, and business units.
- Ability to plan and prioritize changes with consideration for system impacts.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance.
- Experience influencing decision-making with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Experience identifying and supporting process improvements.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to change.
- Understand, document, and maintain business requirements.
- Assess feasibility and support solutioning efforts with project teams.
- Provide solution guidance to stakeholders.
- Drive successful end-to-end lifecycle execution.
- Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Act as subject matter expert and build strong partnerships with business stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with other business areas and provide tactical support as needed.
- Ability to brainstorm, research, and creatively resolve issues.
- Ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity.
- Ability to proactively take ownership of projects and drive completion.
- Strong understanding of financial services, including life insurance and retail annuities.
- Ability to act as a technical liaison between business partners, IT teams, and vendors.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
- Bachelor s degree.
