Job Description:
Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr
  • The Business Analyst will understand, document, and maintain business requirements, including challenges, issues, and success criteria.
  • This role assesses feasibility, facilitates solutioning efforts, and provides guidance on solution options.
  • The position drives successful execution across the full project lifecycle and ensures stakeholders and leadership remain informed through regular status updates.
  • Candidates will collaborate with Developers, Project Managers, Scrum Experts, Solution Architects, Delivery Leads, and other roles to support new product implementations and product enhancements across a diverse portfolio.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Ability to understand end-to-end business processes and cross-functional impacts.
  • Ability to lead use case formulation and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across product, technology, and business units.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize changes with consideration for system impacts.
Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance.
  • Experience influencing decision-making with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience identifying and supporting process improvements.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to change.
Responsibilities:
  • Understand, document, and maintain business requirements.
  • Assess feasibility and support solutioning efforts with project teams.
  • Provide solution guidance to stakeholders.
  • Drive successful end-to-end lifecycle execution.
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Act as subject matter expert and build strong partnerships with business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with other business areas and provide tactical support as needed.
Should Have:
  • Ability to brainstorm, research, and creatively resolve issues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity.
  • Ability to proactively take ownership of projects and drive completion.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of financial services, including life insurance and retail annuities.
  • Ability to act as a technical liaison between business partners, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree.
