Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst with 2 5 years of experience and basic technical/programming knowledge. Candidates should understand object creation, one-to-many/many-to-many relationships, and have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend company-provided training from Aug 18 25
  • Post-training, work remotely from India
  • Train other team members (both offshore & onsite in Chicago/Atlanta)
  • Participate in long-term "Train the Trainer" program
Preferred:
  • Based in or open to relocation to Chicago or Atlanta (will be prioritized)
  • Strong fundamentals in programming concepts and business analysis
