Job Description:

Infolob Global is looking for Sales & Business Development professionals specializing in Multi Cloud, AI, Data sales typically focus on selling and implementing Cloud solutions, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and AI/ML services. These roles involve identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and managing the entire sales cycle. They will also be involved in post-sales customer relationships etc.

Here's a more detailed breakdown of the key aspects of these roles:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development: Identifying, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities for Multi Cloud, AI, Data solutions.

Account Management: Managing the entire sales process, from identifying customers, making initial contact to contract negotiation and post-sales support.

Solution Selling: Selling a comprehensive set of multi cloud solutions, including IaaS, PaaS, and AI/ML services, tailored to customer needs.

Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer influencers and decision-makers.

Technical Expertise: Becoming a trusted advisor to customers, providing technical guidance and support, and potentially acting as a technical strategist in competitive situations.

Sales Strategy and Execution: Developing and executing territory and account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Collaboration: Working effectively with internal teams (sales, pre-sales, engineering, etc.) and external partners to ensure customer success.

Post-Sales Support: Managing customer needs post-implementation and providing ongoing support and guidance.

AI Integration: Understanding and promoting the use of Oracle's AI and ML services within the cloud solutions.

Exadata Expertise: Potentially involved in selling and implementing Oracle Exadata Database Machines, including understanding its performance capabilities and use cases.

Key Skills and Experience:

Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in selling technology solutions, preferably within the cloud computing or enterprise software space.

Oracle Knowledge: Familiarity with Oracle's cloud offerings (OCI, Exadata), AI/ML services, and related technologies.

Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and partners.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify customer needs, develop solutions, and overcome obstacles to achieve sales goals.

Business Acumen: Understanding of business drivers, financial metrics, and the ability to articulate the value proposition of Oracle's solutions.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, both internally and with external partners.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing market conditions.
