Job Title: Scrum Master (Enterprise Project Manager)
Location: Columbia, SC (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
This position requires hands-on facilitation of Agile ceremonies, removal of blockers, and continuous collaboration with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Position Summary:
We are seeking two experienced Scrum Masters with a minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience, including at least 3 years in a Scrum Master role, to support a portfolio of operational and project teams. The ideal candidate will apply Agile principles, facilitate team performance, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and solutions.This position requires hands-on facilitation of Agile ceremonies, removal of blockers, and continuous collaboration with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum values, principles, and best practices
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize deliverables
- Track and report on KPIs and team performance metrics
- Proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience
- Minimum 3 years as a dedicated Scrum Master
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practical application
- Experience facilitating Scrum events and coaching teams
- General knowledge of programming and database querying
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools
- Experience managing hybrid projects (Agile + Waterfall)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- Experience working on ERP projects
- Previous exposure to government or public sector projects (not required)
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- Agile certifications (preferred)
