Managed Services Technology Advisor (PERM)

Location: Lawrence, MA (Hybrid)*

Salary: around $110K - 125K

Notes:

• will be in the office at least 2 days per week.
• Would likely visit customers 1 4 times per month. No overnight travel or flying expected. Usually, the visits are 1 2 hours.

Lawrence, MA or hybrid WFH from Eastern MA

This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 6 years of IT or MSP experience to lead relationships with assigned clients. You will focus on ensuring the success of their IT systems and support. Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer on-boarding process and continued high levels of customer satisfaction. Recommend technology best practices to make sure that customers maximize their returns on IT investments.

The individual will have the option to work from our office or hybrid WFH, but it is preferred that technology advisors visit customers in Eastern MA.

Duties Include

- Lead the lifecycle of customers IT strategies, roadmaps, and budgets- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, develop a plan and work with our clients to gain approval- Assess and evaluate client needs and connect them with the tools, resources, and data necessary to support and enhance their businesses through information technology- Develop, prepare, and deliver proposals, presentations and quotes for relevant solutions and technologies- Develop and deliver budgets for customers- Assist in contract management, from adding new solutions to communicating new terms or pricing- Manage customer expectations and work closely with your teammates to resolve client issues- Plan, allocate, manage, track, and report on all aspects of projects- Facilitate team and customer meetings as needed- Compile and generate reports as they relate to customer satisfaction

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of IT or MSP experience providing account management, strategy, or direction- Knowledge of relevant IT trends and the ability to apply that knowledge to each prospect s unique business needs- Skilled in navigating business relationships and the ability to become a strategic advisor and IT thought leader for our clients- Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing- Organization and task management skills- Strong work ethic and team player- MSP (Managed Services Provider) experience a plus
