Job Title: Senior Solutions Delivery Strategist
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Solutions Delivery Strategist to join our client in a hybrid role based in Yardley, PA, Ewing, NJ or Tempe, AZ. This direct-hire position is responsible for leading the design and delivery of business-focused systems, solutions, and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, working with cross-functional teams to ensure technology initiatives are implemented seamlessly within enterprise architecture and support both mainframe and distributed computing environments.
Compensation:
Up to $175,000/year
Work Schedule:
Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (local time)
Hybrid (onsite and remote flexibility)
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Solutions Delivery Strategist:
Design, deliver, and enhance scalable business systems, solutions, and associated standards.
Serve as a key solutions delivery partner, bridging business needs and IT capabilities.
Provide technical expertise to resolve complex problems, ensuring compliance with policies and processes.
Translate business vision into actionable technical roadmaps and solutions.
Partner with technology, security, product, and project management teams to implement initiatives.
Conduct reviews of system designs to mitigate risks related to performance, data privacy, and security.
Guide internal teams and vendors through technical requirements and solution development.
Contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing technical issues and updating strategy accordingly.
Act as a technical expert and advisor on significant business and product decisions.
Manage workflow, mentor team members, and provide leadership when necessary.
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and project plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills for the Senior Solutions Delivery Strategist:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience required.
10+ years of related professional experience.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, enterprise design systems, and various architectural techniques.
Proven ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including technology, project management, product, and security.
Ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders.
Expertise in multiple methodologies, tools, and emerging technologies that foster innovation.
Strong business acumen with an understanding of operational economics.
Exceptional problem-solving, consulting, and communication skills.
