Pay Range:$19.42-$28.56/Hrs
Description
* Comprehensive understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and applications.
* Support application issues and coordinate with second-level support when necessary.
* Install and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
* Provide onsite and remote technical assistance to end users.
* Manage ticket queue and ensure timely resolution within service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to end-user requests for updates on ticket status and follow up as needed.
* Develop standard configuration and documentation procedures.
* Coordinate with vendors for provision of end-user support.
* Collaborate with support groups and project teams for service enhancements and upgrades.
* Provide IT support for events and meetings, including site setup and coordination.
Qualifications
* 6-8 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of generic office software and networking concepts.
* Experience working within service level agreements and ITIL processes.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
