Help Desk Technician

SNI Technology has been retained to assist in filling a Help Desk Technician role for a great local Jacksonville client. This is a contract to hire role. The schedule will be hybrid (2 days onsite) and candidates must be local to Jacksonville.

Targeting Salary: $18/hr.-$20/hr.

Qualifications/Experience Needed:
  • 6 months to 1 year of IT Support or Internship experience.

  • Experienced providing technical assistance and support for incoming concerns and issues related to servers, systems, software and hardware.

  • Experience working with ticketing systems, heavy phone volume and remote support a plus.

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High School Diploma.

  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass Background Check and Drug Screen.
