Our client is looking for a Salesforce professional who loves building scalable solutions and improving how teams work every day. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on configuration, owning platform health, and driving smarter, more efficient processes.

You ll partner with business and technical teams to deliver thoughtful Salesforce enhancements, manage complex releases, and keep the platform running smoothly. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and making an impact across an organization, you ll feel right at home here.


  • Location: Remote (EST Hours)
  • Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 65-70/HR

What You ll Do:

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce & Copado Ownership


  • Configure and enhance Salesforce using Flows, Dynamic Forms, Lightning App Builder, and other declarative tools.
  • Manage user administration, data quality, platform maintenance, and environment strategy across all orgs.
  • Support key Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features, ensuring intuitive and scalable workflows for end users.
  • Lead Copado release management, including pipeline configuration, version control alignment, deployment execution, and troubleshooting.
  • Deliver training, documentation, updates, and proactive communication to users and stakeholders.

What Gets You the Job:

Qualifications


  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience with strong Sales Cloud and Service Cloud expertise.
  • 2+ years working with Copado DevOps, including pipelines, deployments, and Git-based version control.
  • Hands-on experience with declarative configuration such as Flows, validation rules, approval processes, dashboards, and reports.
  • Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, metadata framework, security model, sandbox management, and change control.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions while working collaboratively in an Agile environment.
