Position: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH)

Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid - Onsite)

Duration: Long term


JOB DESCRIPTION

"Responsibilities:

Successfully completed at least one or two projects involving the implementation of Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) within SuccessFactors, including the use of AI attribute inference tools.

Demonstrated experience in configuring and deploying AI functionalities within SuccessFactors, such as setting up various AI-driven recommendations for learning, mentoring, coaching, and other development activities.

Expertise in advising project teams on best practices and methodologies for implementing key elements of TIH within SuccessFactors, including skills taxonomy definition, job profile creation, and growth portfolio development.

Extensive experience in creating and managing Report Stories for exporting TIH data to Data Warehouses (DWH) within the SuccessFactors environment.

Ability to explore, advise, and implement the latest features from SuccessFactors releases related to TIH and other relevant modules.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of successful TIH implementations within SuccessFactors.

Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules and their integration with AI tools.

Excellent advisory skills to guide project teams in best practices for SuccessFactors implementations.

Proficiency in generating and managing reports within SuccessFactors.

Up-to-date knowledge of SuccessFactors features and releases.
