Job Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Experience: 7-10 years
Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically within the Finance & Operations (F&O) module, CE and Power Bi. This role requires strong technical development capabilities, a deep understanding of financial processes
•Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for Dynamics 365 F&O customizations and integrations.
•Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including workflows, forms, and reports.
•Build and optimize Power BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights across financial operations.
•Develop and manage ETL data pipelines to support reporting, analytics, and system integrations.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Finance & Operations module.
• Strong understanding of financial processes such as GL, AP, AR, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proven ability to work with business users to define KPIs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with Power BI design, DAX, and dashboard development.
• Solid knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and data transformation tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems or data platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure services, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and DevOps tools.
• Background in finance or accounting is a strong plus
